I'm at a point right now where improving my own self-knowledge would be a significant help. So I'm going to work through that list of questions the same way

OK, time to get started. Here's today's question:
1. Are you happy? Where you are right now, doing what you’re doing, the life you’re living… are you happy? If not, what do you think you need to be truly happy?
Most of the time. The line "Happiness is not having what you want, it's wanting what you have" aligns well with how things are materially for me. The emotional/spiritual alignment is more problematic, however. Some of what I have I do not want, and some of what I want I do not have. And none of this mismatch is anything that can be solved by any external agency. I can get help with this (and I am), but I will still have to do it myself.
